Italian Meatballs

An all-time favourite around the house, Italian Meatballs. I enjoy them plain, drenched in marinara sauce, or as the classic Spaghetti with Meatballs. Most other recipes ask for frying the meatballs in oil, but this version is cleaner and less greasy. A tip: there are great for leftovers and even taste good cold.
